Dance with Your Belly Festival

One of the best experience that I had during my trip in Hokkaido, on top of my birthday celebration and the onsen experience would definitely be the Bellybutton festival aka "Hokkai Heso Matsuri"

The festival is celebrated by the people of Furano, usually at the end of July during the summer season. From the name of the festival, you could have guess what is all about. :D So cut the long story shot, here's some of the shots that I have.

Basically the dance is just at one street and they'll dance along this street with few simple steps and song on a repeat. Various clubs and school will dance along to it. Saw there are like judges sitting there, maybe also to judge like who can have the best creativity in their belly's drawings and costumes.

Photos really doesn't serve the justice how fun is the festival. Luckily, I manage to take video of it. So, here's a snippet of the dance to have some feel of it. :D

One tragic is enough to remind us how fragile one's life can be.

Just 3 months ago, Malaysian faced with a tragic moment on the missing MH370. While the mystery are still yet to be solved today, another tragic hit us. MH17 -- flying from Amsterdam to KL was shot down at the Ukraine-Russia border.

It again made me realise how fragile one's life can be. Today you see that person, tomorrow you may not get to see them again. With this in mind, I shall and must always remind myself, appreciate every moment I can have with all the people around me. But with that, I should not also let it hold me down doing things I want to do.

And that also remind me another thing ---

I should not procrastinate so much already !!!

Just last week the Voice season 4 has finally ended with Danielle as the champion. Couldn't deny how strong is her voice is and she's really good with only age 14 !!! Damn .. What was I doing when I'm 14 .. Anyway, my favorite contestant is not really her but Josiah Hawley from Team Usher cz he's hot !! :P And also The Swon Brothers from Team Blake .. Honestly, they r really good and with me have been always loving Country songs for some reasons ..

Jack Neo's Movie

Since young, I've always been a fan to Jack Neo's movie. I was first exposed to his actings is through the series of LiangPoPo .. Can I say that time me and my family really went kind of crazy watching all series? Which subsequently they had a movie on him her.

Then, Jack Neo slowly writes more of movie scripts which I can say that most of the movies are a big hit both in Malaysia and Singapore. Well, I personally think that reason why it was so popular between the 2 countries because apart from being a comedy movie, his stories always ends by sending people a message of values of lifes. Not only that, his movies are very down to earth i.e. it is exactly reflecting the real life of the Singaporeans and to a certain extent on Malaysians too and using a very local English, i.e. Singlish.

Some of the movies that I really like watching.

This is one of the movie that actually make me cries the most. So highly recommended to watch.

Then, end of last year, a new movie was released. This time around is about the life of Singapore's NS, which the movie was split into 2 parts where the 2nd part was released somewhere in April this year.

For me to elaborate on what each of the movie talks about is KINDA too long kan. So, why not try watching it. 

I can assure you, all the above movies is a very good stress release mode. Bet you will laugh all the way till the end. :D

Running Man

I've heard for this name quite sometimes but never had chance to watch it till recently when one of my friend was like recommending to me to watch. So, I decided to look for it and try to watch. It's a Korean variety show, well it's something like Amazing Race where you have to run around to complete certain given tasks.

After watching few episodes, I got to say that I'm really addicted to it. Simply because the celebrities (where eventually 7 of them are permanent to the show) are just so funny enough. I could never stop laughing. Whether it's all were put for show or it's just them, but I can felt it's just them. There's not much of faking in it. Another great part of the show is that, they would go around places mostly in Korea, but in the show, you'll also get to introduced to the nice places, what are the popular things in that place, the history of it. So you actually get to learn a lot about the places.

Basically all episodes are just interesting and funny. And each episodes they would have special guests, even celebrities like Big Bang, Boa etc appeared for the show. :D I personally like Kim Jyong Kook and Lee Guang Su. Obviously Jyong Kook for his smart brain and physically trained body and Guang Su for always kena bully ... Lol ... xD

Yes, I insist that you all who are reading this MUST watch the above videos and get yourself addicted to it..  I watched it at PPS, so that's a number of early episodes I missed as it is not available in PPS. But  it's good for a start to watch la..

Blogging is so 2000 and late thing to do now ... Except for professional bloggers, I would call them, like food bloggers, travel bloggers etc.

Now, at least to me, the trend thing that a lot of people is into this video-ing such as doing cover of famous songs, vlog, short film story etc ...

Vlog, to my very own understanding, is just by transcribing whatever your yada in way of writing i.e. blogging on the net into video where you actually speak with actions ...

In recent days, many famous short films were being share among the netizens, some are really funny, some are meaningful ... So, today, just want to share some of my favourite short film or vlog that I enjoyed a lot ..

Jess Lee Jia Wei Boleh, Malaysia Boleh

If you ever watched the popular singing competition host in Taiwan, One In Million, I am sure you had the same feelings as me for all 7 seasons. I mean, they really produced very good singers when it comes to the final. So as the 7th season which just ended an hour ago.

This time, the champion, Jess Lee comes from Malaysia. She not only has made us proud but she really is one great talent in singing. Especially for the last 2 stage of the competition, all 4 of her songs not only touches my heart but also the judges. I am really proud of her so does every Malaysian who is watching it. =)

Here is the last 4 songs that she has performed. Try telling me it is NOT good. I guarantee you'll be amazed with her great powerful voice. =) And she successfully get 30 points i.e the max for all 4 songs !!!!

Again, she amazed everyone tonight and made a great ending to this competition . =)
